Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer - M Fazle Taher
Experience:
Fazle Taher is an accomplished CEO with years of exposure in a multitude of different business entities. His direct start-up experience includes InfraBlue Technology, a software and web development company, and Fortuna Fried Chicken, a casual dining restaurant chain in Southeast Asia. He also has experience in implementing specialized IT management solutions for a broad array of industries including garment manufacturing, wholesale leather, telecom, medical, not for profit, and social media.
At IBTgames, Fazle is responsible for the direction of the company focusing on strategy, finance, marketing, development, and management. He is the architect of IBTgames' first application Twenty20Cricket. His vision of connecting people on a casual gaming level led to the formation of IBTGames and embodies the mission of the company going forward. Day to day, Fazle is managing a host of responsibilities at not only a board room level but also can be seen working on individual applications to advance IBTgames as a whole.

Co-Founder & Chief Technical Officer - Mirza Asif
Experience:
Mirza Asif is the head of IT at Infrablue Technology and a highly skilled software developer. Prior to joining IBTgames, he was a game developer for Sisutech in Bangladesh completing several projects for numerous multinational gaming companies. In his experience, he has developed web, desktop, and mobile solutions for application in numerous industries including telecom, manufacturing, casual dining, and social media.
At IBTgames, he heads all IT functions including day to day management of the core programming team. His technical expertise as well as his experience as an accomplished specialist in game engine development allows him to transform intellectual and monetary capital into technology initiatives to further the company's objectives.

Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer - M Fayaz Taher
Experience:
Fayaz is a serial entrepreneur and IBTgames represents his fifth startup. He has emerged from a family business background and started his first venture at the age of 13. Prior to founding IBTgames, Fayaz worked as a director of Fortuna Group, handling the marketing and business development for the garments manufacturing division.
Fayaz also founded FFC which is one of the leading fast food casual dining restaurants in Bangladesh, competing with the established franchises such as KFC. He business acumen and management skills have led to the opening several branches through Southeast Asia.
The founding of Infrablue Technology Ltd marked Fayaz' entrance into the technology sector. At Infrablue, Fayaz was responsible for directing all marketing initiatives establishing several joint ventures and strategic partnerships with multinational telecom providers.
At IBTgames, Fayaz is focused on coordinating global marketing efforts, strategy, and brand development.

Director, Corporate Development - Reza Chowdhury
Experience:
Reza offers more than 8 years experience in analytic roles in private equity, international corporate development, and proprietary trading. Prior to joining IBTgames, he was at Joint National Dynamic where he accumulated significant corporate development and buyside investment experience, orchestrating transactions in a number of industries globally. Previously at Key Bridge Partners, a middle market private equity firm, Reza was involved in the sourcing, valuation, execution, and analysis for a range of buyside opportunities in the manufacturing space. Reza began his career as a securities trader for an investment boutique in New York.
At IBTgames, Reza is focused on conducting financial analysis, business development, evaluating strategic initiatives, and M&A related opportunities.
